Bathroom Renovation Services in Abruzzo

Bathroom Renovation & Refresh for Properties in Abruzzo

Whether you are renovating an old Italian property, updating a holiday home or simply giving your existing bathroom a fresh new look, we can help with bathroom renovation and improvement projects throughout Abruzzo.

We work with homeowners, expats and overseas property owners who want a reliable local service and clear communication throughout their project.

From replacing individual fixtures to completely refreshing a bathroom, we can coordinate the work required to create a practical, attractive and comfortable space.

Complete Bathroom Renovation

A complete bathroom renovation can transform an outdated or tired bathroom into a modern, functional space.

Depending on your requirements, a renovation can include:

Removal of existing bathroom fittings
Installation of new sanitaryware
Toilets, basins, baths and showers
Shower trays and shower enclosures
Taps and other bathroom fittings
Bathroom tiling
Flooring
Lighting and basic electrical replacements
Plumbing work
Finishing and final installation

Every property is different, particularly in older Italian homes, so we can discuss your existing bathroom and the improvements you would like to make before work begins.

Bathroom Refresh

Not every bathroom needs a complete renovation.

If the existing layout works well but the bathroom looks dated, a refresh can be a more practical and cost-effective option.

A bathroom refresh could include:

Replacing a toilet or basin
Installing a new shower or bath
Replacing taps and fittings
New wall or floor tiles
Replacing a shower enclosure
Updating lighting
Replacing accessories and finishing details
Improving the overall appearance of the room

We can discuss what needs changing and help you focus your budget on the improvements that will make the biggest difference.

Bathroom Renovation for Older Italian Properties

Many properties in Abruzzo are older homes, apartments or restored village properties. Bathrooms in these properties can present different challenges from a modern building.

Existing plumbing, walls, floors and electrical installations may need to be considered before new fixtures or finishes are installed.

We take the existing property into account when planning the work and can coordinate the different trades required for the renovation.

Renovating Your Abruzzo Property From Abroad

Owning a property in Italy while living in another country can make renovation work more complicated.

You may not be able to visit the property regularly, communicate easily with local tradespeople or supervise the work yourself.

We understand these challenges and can provide an English-speaking point of contact for your project.

Where appropriate, we can:

Discuss your requirements in English
Visit the property
Assess the work required
Help you plan the project
Coordinate local tradespeople
Keep you informed about progress
Provide photographs and updates
Help identify practical solutions for your property

Our aim is to make renovating your property in Abruzzo as straightforward as possible, even when you cannot be there in person.
